+ Dip a toothpaste laden in the powder to use as a toothpaste and brush teeth for 2 mins OR dip wet toothbrush directly into pot to use as a tooth polisher.

+ Spit and Rinse mouth really well. When rinsing, swill the water around all the mouth and in between teeth.

+ Rinse toothbrush.

+ After rinsing mouth and toothbrush, brush teeth again either with a clean toothbrush or with your normal toothpaste to remove any residual charcoal.
