Our Delivery Policy
Unless a product is unexpectedly out of stock, all orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (this excludes weekends + holidays).
You can expect a shipping confirmation email from us once your order goes out. This email is sent to the email you included at checkout so please be sure this is correct if you wish to receive order confirmations.
All orders now contain a tracking number which you will receive and we receive alerts from our delivery service provider to confirm your order has been delivered.
Due to frequent request we can ship Internationally, please contact us for a quotation. Due to numerous problems in the past with shipping Internationally, we now will only ship via an International Tracked and Signed for service to give both customer and our customer service department peace of mind and the ability to track delivery progress.
Our Returns Policy
We hope that you love the Products as much as we do. However, if you’ve changed your mind about a Product and it’s within 28 days of receipt of your order, we’ll be happy to exchange it or give you a refund.
Buyer must notify us of their intention to return good within 14 days. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days from the date they notify us of their intention to return.
Due to health and hygiene reason we can only accept the return of good that have been unopened and unused and returned in their original condition.
Simply post the Product to the Customer Services Team, LS Apothecary, 4 Dalandhui West, Garelochhead, Helensburgh, G84 0BE.
Return postage to be paid by the buyer.
Any refund due to you will only be made via the original method of payment made by you to pay for your purchase. Any refund due will be processed no more than 14 days after we receive the Products.
As the postal system is outside of our control, Products are returned at your own risk.
